To the Editor:
I am writing this letter to you regarding my recent resignation from Stirling-Rawdon Council.

On December 3, 2025, I made my decision to resign from my position on Municipal Council this was not due to health reasons as some have speculated. But rather because of my belief that municipal policies and procedures must be consistently followed to maintain transparency, accountability, and public trust.
Serving the community has been an honor, and I am deeply grateful for the support I have received during my time on council.
My decision reflects my commitment to good governance and the importance of upholding the standards that residents expect and deserve.
I remain proud of the work accomplished during my tenure and will continue to support initiatives that strengthen our community.
My hope is that this decision encourages ongoing dialogue about the importance of integrity and adherence to established processes in local government.
